Burford Hall is a vintage, six-story hall was redesigned to boast various themed halls such as Business and Aerospace Technology, as well as accommodate private baths. Students can take advantage of practice rooms, meeting rooms, and a performance room complete with a small stage conveniently located in their own residence hall. The outside received a face-lift while energy efficient windows were installed and the roof was replaced. In addition, air distribution equipment, air conditioning, and fire suppression systems were updated and other energy efficient improvements were made.
