Architectural Intern
Dulce moved to Mayfield in Western Kentucky at a young age. She is currently pursuing her Master of Architecture at the University of Kentucky while working full-time at REB. Dulce values the opportunity to be involved in different phases of the design process, as it allows her to continue learning and growing as a designer. Since joining the firm, she has enjoyed contributing to several stages of project development, from early drafting and creating material boards to working on specifications. She also enjoys project site visits, which give her the chance to see work happening firsthand and learn beyond the computer. Two of her favorite projects are Sutton’s Landing, a new construction project, and Hayswood Hospital, a renovation project, because of how unique they are.
Outside of work and class, during her free time, she enjoys volunteering at the Hope Center, working out at the gym, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
