Scented Candles

—PERSONALITY & FUN—
•What do you enjoy most about architecture/design?
“Problem-solving to make things more user-friendly/enjoyable, as well as watching a design go from a drawing on paper to being built.”
•Fun fact:
“I make a really good omelet (all my cooking is great) and play guitar way too much to be as bad as I am (I own more guitars than the number of chords
I can play).”
“The fun fact is that I grew up in the county that has the only college campus designed by Frank Lloyd Wright (I won’t tell you where, leave a comment if you know/find out where it is).”
•Favorite design style or architectural inspiration:
“The Biltmore House in Asheville and This Old House made me want to become an architect (I was 7 or 8 ). I love most architectural styles and periods (just learning
and history in general), but Gothic, Bauhaus, Post-Modern, and American Craftsman stand out.”
•If you weren’t in architecture, what career would you have chosen?
“Maybe like a sous-chef in a fancy restaurant or a food truck owner. Or filmmaking/documentaries. Those sound a lot cooler than any choice I would have made in my teens or 20s if I didn’t go into architecture.”

One word colleagues would use to describe him: Versatile, Constructive, Friendly, Resourceful, Hardworking
