The first phase of the Brannon Crossing Shopping Center included over 120,000 square feet or retail space in four buildings. The second phase consisted of over 50,000 square feet or commercial space. Both phases were designed to resemble a small town streetscape, which was executed with the use of small-scale brick patterns while lining the sidewalks with trees, light posts, and benches.
Within the design of the entire shopping center, tenant fit-ups were completed for clients such as Bellacino’s, Lord’s Legacy, and Get Air. Also located within Brannon Crossing are Hobby Lobby, Red Robin, Kroger, Marshalls, Great Clips, Mi Paqueña Hacienda Mexican Restaurant, and Sherwin Williams to name a few.
